Sale of Little Tokyo mall stirs apprehension

L.A.’s Little Tokyo the largest Japanese town in California has the largest indoor Japanese mall which was bought by six Korean-Americans. They have invested $35.5 million dollars for the shopping mall itself.

They will be converting it into Korean market, Korean-style spa and some Korean themed center. “We are not saying don’t come, you are not welcome,” he said. “We are saying let’s sit down and talk about what is good for your community and good for your business.” Korean-Americans said.
