Filipino-American Assoc. reaches out with community events in C.C.
The Filipino-American Association of Charles City
hosted a basketball and potluck party Saturday at
Sportsmen’s Park to kick off a new age 14-and-up
basketball league it is sponsoring. The league, as
well as other activities being planned, are intended to
help everyone in the community —?regardless of
ethnic background — interact in fun and fellowship.
