Activist Training (Presented by APA’s for Progress)
One of my personal favorite organizations, APA’s for Progress, is hosting an activist training workshop. I really love what these guys stand for and what they do for us. The organizers of this workshop are also heavily involved in the production of Vincent Who?, a documentary about the historic case of Vincent Chin. The workshop will teach basic activist skills including volunteer recruitment, networking, planning events, targeting, phonebanking and other useful campaign skills.
