Korean, Japanese Foreign Ministers Meet Today

Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Yu Myung-hwan began his four-day trip to Japan Thursday to discuss closer ties with Japan. He will meet with his Japanese counterpart Masahiko Komura today on ways to boost bilateral cooperation in economy, international security and the nuclear problem with North Korea. The two ministers will also discuss details on the upcoming summit between President Lee Myung-bak and Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda slated for April 20-21.
