Shoreline Mayor Cindy Ryu has very personal reasons for getting involved in government
Shoreline’s new mayor Cindy Ryu a Korean American Born in 1957, she is the first female Korean-American mayor in the United States. She is also only the second female mayor in Shoreline’s 13-year history. Shoreline has a one third population of immigrants. Ryu is fluent in both English and Korean.
