We will use the same debate format for each JV & Elvis supporter who chooses to participate. The format is as follows:

These people have never heard the show before…Obviously it’s easy to make presumptions about a radio show and guys who you have no idea about… So go ahead listen to one prank call and get them to lose their jobs… Real cool… Well no more Sopranos because it’s negative about Italians, no more Rap because it is violent,sexist, and mean spirited… No more action movies because people are shot and killed.. No more Satellite Radio stations because they can curse and speak any way they want… No more comedy shows because no one is allowed to be made fun of.- No more Comedians besides Gallagher and Carrot Top! No more rock songs either because they can make people angry or upset.
Makes for real entertainment doesn’t it? I can’t wait till every radio show is “HEY THIS IS CHIPPY AND JIMMY IN THE MORNINGS BRINGING YOU THE HOT HITS ON Z MORNING ZOO RADIO, HUCKA, HUCKA, HUCKA.”

FCC should promptly investigate CBS RADIO by sending a Letter of Inquiry to CBS RADIO.
I have made repeated requests to FCC for your confirmation as to whether you have commenced any investigation against CBS Radio. I am hereby reasserting my request. This request should be treated as a FOIA request under the Freedom of Information Act. Please forward this e-mail to your FOIA Officer and ask your FOIA Officer to give me a response as soon as practicable.

Demand That Racist Radio DJs and Producer Be Fired!
Take action and insist that DJs JV and Elvis and their producer(s) be fired! Radio station and CBS contacts and sample letter below.
These DJs and their producers are responsible for the offensive radio segment aired on WFNY 92.3 FM (New York City) on 5 April 2007, and re-aired on 19 April 2007.
The segment features a prank call made by station DJs JV and Elvis to a Chinese restaurant in which they make numerous comments that demean Asian Pacific Americans, women, and the gay community. During the six-minute segment, the DJs address restaurant employees as “Asian lady” and “Chinese man”; make demands for “lots of Asian food, son of a bitch”; and ask for “shrimp flied lice” and “some old dung.”
The DJs also accost one woman on the phone, saying, “Should I come to your restaurant so that I can see you naked… that way I can see your hot Asian spicy ass.” They tell another restaurant employee, “You are
a very nice Chinese man… probably can’t drive for shit, but who cares.” The DJs also call one employee “faggy.”

I got a newsflash for ya! Nothing in that prank call was actionable by the FCC. It wasn’t obscene, indecent or profane. These are three well-defined categories:
1) OBSCENE - all three of the following criteria have to be met:
A) An average person, applying contemporary community standards, must find that the material, as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest;
B) The material must depict or describe, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct specifically defined by applicable law; and
C) The material, taken as a whole, must lack serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.
2) INDECENT - language or material that, in context, depicts or describes, in terms patently offensive as measured by contemporary community standards for the broadcast medium, sexual or excretory organs or activities
3) PROFANE - including language so grossly offensive to members of the public who actually hear it as to amount to a nuisance
Quit wasting the FCC’s time.

Remove the photo of the naked man. You don’t have that “fan’s” PERMISSION to use it. Nor the permission of CBS. You are in Direct Violation of that individual’s personal RIGHTS. That person in the photo is in the midst of a comedy bit. That Photo is the Property of CBS. The person in the photo has nothing to do with your gripe with CBS and JV and ELvis. You are cleary trying to ESCALATE the issue. Your tactics are in poor taste and your knowledge of the constitution is appaling. Your decison to request the cancellation of a comedy show is a sign of weakness. Your inability to look the other way in this matter shows that your organization and it’s members are not free thinking individuals but robots with no real purpose but to inflict your own agenda on others and downright violate the constitution. Go back to where you came from because you don’t deserve or even understand what it means to live in a free country. How many of your children have died for the freedom the constitution upholds for all people in a America? The answer is none. You are cowards hiding behind your own fear of assimilation. You wish to protect your culture? Then honor it by not being offended. What can radio hosts do to you? Make jokes? You don’t like it? Don’t listen.
