CALLING ALL JV & ELVIS FAN(S)!!!
Exercising his First Amendment…if not much else
So FALLOUT CENTRAL is taping a new podcast this Sunday and, in celebration of Free Speech and The First Amendment, we’ve decided to allocate a few moments on our show to allow you JV & Elvis supporter(s) to present uncensored arguments on behalf of Jeff Vandergrift and Dan Lay. You will be given fair time to state your case and defend your idols…or “free speech”, or “comedy”, or whatever lame excuse they’re using this week.
But unlike those cowards, we won’t turn down the volume on your phone and make fun of you behind your back (as they did with New York City Councilman John Liu). Nor will we take the audio from your call and chop it up to create a “fake” prank call (as is the inane claim by Mrs. Vandergrift regarding the dopey duo’s most recent racist and sexist segment — where Asians are once again the butt of the joke.)
So instead of sending us misspelled and grammatically incorrect death threats, drop us a line at comments@falloutcentral.com with your name and a phone number we can reach you at this Sunday (April 29). We will reply back with your assigned time slot.

If you feel that name-calling is wrong, then you shouldn’t do it. If you feel that you have a more noble approach, don’t just state that, show it. Review your goals and determine whether you are accomplishing them or not. You can refer to my email for a little more detail on the subject of goals and approaches.

When will a**clowns like this finally realize that this has little to do with free speech?
These radio hosts are employed by a company and they speak for the company as employees. Therefore, if the company doesn’t like what you have to say, they have full rights to terminate your employment much like any other company.
Companies also have their bosses which just happen to be advertisers which sell products. Therefore, as a consuming citizen, I have full rights to protest what I find offensive by withholding my money to the company that pays your bills.

I have a quick one for you. Did you know that this prank was from many years ago in SF. The call was not to a New York Restaurant , it was to a SF Restaurant many years ago. A computer voice was used to change the bit( prank call) from back in SF. The person at the Restaurant never even heard this call, it was made up.

The segment which insults Chinese was aired on 4/5/2007 as a live program. Its purpose was to make racist remarks against Chinese for entertainment.

If you want the Doghouse side of things, just pull your head out of your a**, look at what you are doing, and realize the people you are hurting.
You are depriving the Doghouse fans of their favorite show, but they will live. If a full-blown boycott of all Asian-owned businesses were to be employed by the Doghouse fans, how would those businesses live.
Do you really think that pissing people off and potentially ruining the livelihoods of the people you sanctimoniously cause to be defending is worth it, because your feelings were hurt?
If your felling were hurt, there is only one thing you can do to feel better, and that is GET OVER IT!!!

The members of OCA and Fallout Central will be held accountable for deadly threats made to Natasha Yi. There was a scary amount of theats made to her life by OCA members. This does not help their cause, and should really apologize to her. If no apology is made, Vikki Smolin will be held accountable for inciting these threats. I strongly suggest withdrawing from the fight against the Doghouse to save the OCA and Fallout Central from being disbanded. Once courts allow it, these threats,along with their senders can be handed over to the media.
